Returns & Refunds Policy – TechInnovation App
At TechInnovation App Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality software solutions, website development, and digital promotion services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, returns, and refunds for services purchased from us.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may request the cancellation of a service within 7 days of making the payment provided no work has started on your project.
If work has already commenced (such as software setup, website design, coding, or campaign execution), cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund.
For ongoing subscription-based services (e.g., ERP license renewals, hosting, digital marketing plans), cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Full Refund – If you cancel within 7 days and no work has started.
Partial Refund – If work has begun but is incomplete, we may deduct the cost of work done before issuing a refund.
No Refund – For completed work, delivered software licenses, live websites, or digital campaigns that have already been executed.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:
Custom-developed software or website solutions tailored to your specific requirements.
Digital marketing or promotion services after campaigns have gone live.
ERP and other software subscription fees after license activation.
Delays caused by your failure to provide necessary information, approvals, or content.
Domain name purchases, hosting plans, or third-party tools/services procured on your behalf.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be made in writing via email at techinnovationapp@gmail.com.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method you used for the transaction.
In the case of partial refunds, deductions will be made for completed work and any third-party costs incurred.
After 30 days from the payment date, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances
